Start with a round or teardrop racket (larger sweet spot, better control) in the 340–365 g range. If you’re unsure, message us with your height, tennis background, and typical play style—we’ll recommend models from Babolat, NOX, and Pullpadel that fit your level.
Do you sell 100% authentic products?
Yes. All rackets and accessories are 100% authentic with full manufacturer warranties.
How do I pick the correct grip size?
Most players start with a standard grip and add 1–2 overgrips to fine-tune thickness. If your fingertips touch your palm when holding the handle, add an overgrip. We can pre-wrap your handle on request.
Do you provide re-gripping services?
We offer professional re-gripping, vibration dampeners, and protective tape installation.
What are delivery times and fees in Lebanon?
Standard delivery is 1–4 business days nationwide. Beirut deliveries often arrive next day. Orders are delivered for free!.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes—rates are calculated at checkout by destination and weight. Customs duties, if any, are the buyer’s responsibility.
What payment methods do you accept?
Cash on delivery, local payment options (Whish and OMT) are also available.
What’s your return & exchange policy?
Unused items in original packaging may be returned or exchanged within 3 days of delivery. Rackets showing wear, custom-wrapped grips, or used balls cannot be returned unless defective.
Do rackets come with a warranty?
Yes—our rackets are 100% authentic and guaranteed. Impact or misuse damage isn’t covered. Contact us with photos and your order number to start a claim.
